1 General Guidelines
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English and should be relevant to pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences.
  • The submission deadline is August 31, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts must be submitted electronically via the official conference submission portal or email [scientific@baphcon.com].
2 Abstract Format
  • Title: Clear, concise (should not exceed 18 words), bold, centred and written in title case • (e.g., "Advancements in Pharmacogenomics for Personalized Medicine").
  • Project Type: The abstract can be on any project, including:
    • Case studies
    • Quality improvements
    • Original research
  • Authors & Affiliations:
    • List names of all authors (First, middle and Family name)
    • The presenting author’s name should be underlined.
    • Include institutional affiliations and email addresses.
  • Abstract Structure:
    • Background & Objectives: Brief introduction and study purpose.
    • Methods: Summary of methodology, including study design, participants, and analysis.
    • Results: Key findings with relevant data.
    • Conclusion: Summary of the study’s significance and implications.
    • Bibliography (Optional): Use the APA system (Maximum 5 references)
3 Formatting Requirements
  • Word Limit: 250–300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations).
  • Font & Spacing:
    • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt.
    • Spacing: Single line spacing.
    • Alignment: Justified text.
  • Keywords (Optional): 3–5 relevant keywords at the end of the abstract.
4 Presentation Type
  • Authors must indicate their preference for an oral presentation or a poster presentation.
  • The scientific committee will make the final decision based on the quality and relevance of the submitted abstracts.
5 Poster Presentation Guidelines
  • Electronic posters should be prepared with the following dimensions (1080 × 1920 vertical pixel size ) in portrait orientation.
  • The content should be clear, concise, and visually engaging, with a mix of text, figures, and images.
  • Presenters must be available during the assigned session to discuss their research.
6 Oral Presentation Guidelines
  • Oral presentations will be 10–15 minutes, including a Q&A session.
  • Presenters must submit their PowerPoint slides in advance (3 days before the conference).
  • During the presentation, a timekeeper will signal the remaining time to ensure adherence to the schedule.
7 Abstract Review & Acceptance
  • All abstracts will undergo peer review by the scientific committee.
  • Notifications of acceptance or rejection will be sent via email.
8 Ethical Considerations
  • Authors must ensure accuracy, originality, and adherence to ethical guidelines in research and reporting.
  • Any conflicts of interest must be declared.
